DMCA Policy

Taski App respects the intellectual property rights of others. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and other applicable intellectual property laws. Our commitment includes protecting original content, including text, images, and other visual elements related to interior design shared on our platform.

This policy outlines the process for reporting alleged copyright infringement and for submitting counter-notifications. We expect all users of Taski App to respect copyright law.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe your copyrighted work appears on taskiapp.com without authorization, send a written notice to our designated copyright agent. You must include specific information to ensure your DMCA takedown request is valid.

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. This might include a link to the original work or a registration number.
  • Identification of the material on our site that is infringing or is the subject of infringing activity. Provide specific URLs for each piece of content.
  • Your contact information, including your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief the material’s use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

Counter-Notification Process

If Taski App removes your content based on a DMCA notice, and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification. This applies if you own the content or have valid permission to use it.

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material removed and its original location on the site (specific URLs).
  • Your full name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district where your address is located. If your address is outside the United States, you consent to jurisdiction for any judicial district in which Taski App may be found. You must also state that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.

Send your counter-notification to [email protected]. We will forward your counter-notification to the original claimant. Taski App may restore the content within 10-14 business days after receiving the counter-notification, unless the copyright owner files a court action seeking a court order to restrain the content provider from engaging in infringing activity.
